Meet Hilary
I’m Hilary Willy and I live in Malmesbury with my husband Andrew and my young family, a little boy, Hector, and twin daughters, Zara and Elspeth. I’m pleased to welcome you to my Nourishing Parenthood and Nourishing Motherhood, the home to all things Pregnancy, Birth and Postnatal in Wiltshire, BANES and all around the UK (and even the world thanks to the option of Zoom).
I’m here to help you at any stage from your 1st to your 4th trimester, with my 5-star rated Mindful Birth Course and my Infant Feeding Support.
So whether this is your first pregnancy or a pregnancy after a previous baby; I am here to give you all the support that you are looking for in preparation for your birth and feeding choices. My courses and feeding support are completely inclusive for all, whatever your path to parenthood, and whatever your birth or feeding preferences are.
We spend years in education and training for our professions to make sure we can achieve the best outcomes for our careers and vocations. When it comes to a wedding, we spend months and even years preparing for our dream day, but many don't think about undertaking that same preparation when it comes to pregnancy, birth, postnatal recovery and feeding? Luckily you've found this website and so are already streets ahead!
When it comes to pregnancy, for many our preparation goes into what pram we would like, decorating the nursery, organising a baby shower, preparing our hospital bag and buying teeny tiny clothes! Whilst those tasks are important and an exciting and special part of preparing for a baby, we also need to be thinking about our bodies; whilst pregnant they are doing the most amazing job by growing our babies but we now need to prepare our body and mind for meeting our baby. I would love to support you in your pregnancy or new parenthood in one of my courses, classes, or services. I feel very strongly about birth preparation and antenatal education as it does always makes a positive difference, whatever type of birth you have.
