My Approach
Breastfeeding is a skill that is nurtured over time. It can be challenging to navigate through conflicting information, which could make it all feel very overwhelming. No mother and baby are the same and no single approach fits all. I can help by providing you with unbiased evidence-based specialist feeding support to help you to overcome any difficulties or just to get you off to the best possible start. Learning a new skill while feeling tired, recovering from childbirth and adapting to parenthood is not easy and having the right advice and support can make all the difference. As an Infant Feeding Coach, I can support with all types of feeding from exclusively breastfeeding, expressing breastmilk and bottle feeding, as well as support for families with multiples.
